​　　According to the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, among 95,500 poverty-stricken laborers in the city, 75,300 laborers have been employed, generating an employment rate of 78.84% and ranking second among the cities with districts intheprovince.

　　In recent years, Yichun has given full play to the role of township and village level labor security platforms, collected information in the villages and accurately mastered the status quo of poverty-stricken laborers; local enterprises, poverty alleviation workshops, cooperatives and public service positions have been brought into play to promote the stable employment of poverty-stricken laborers through multiple channels, approaches and measures; 386 specialized job fairs like Employment Aid Month and Spring Breeze Action have been organized, providing about 190,000 job opportunities, and truly helping with stable employment, poverty elimination and income increase of poverty-stricken laborers; the provincial targeted poverty alleviation big data platform and provincial public employment service information system have been utilized to master the employment situation of poverty-stricken laborers, comprehensively analyze the policy implementation and rectify actions jeopardizing policy implementation, and lay a solid foundation; the poverty alleviation supervision has been strengthened, and the responsibility list of employment poverty alleviation rectification tasks and superior connection point contact system have been established; in the first half of this year, Yichun held 17 relevant conferences, survey guidance meetings and problem rectification supervision meetings to ensure the implementation and result of poverty alleviationpolicies.
