　　[Xianyuan Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Red Tourism Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Xianyuan Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Red Tourism Scenic Spot is located in the north-west of Wanzai County, 50km away from the county seat. On April 12, 1932, the CPC Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Provincial Soviet Organ and other direct provincial organs were relocated from Xiushui to Xianyuan which was known as the Little Moscow then. In October 2004, the CPC Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Provincial Soviet Government Former Site Complex were ranked fifth among theJiangxiProvince’s Top Ten Red Tourism Scenic Spots Loved by the People. In June 2006, the site of Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Old Revolutionary Base was approved and included into the sixth batch of National Cultural Heritage Sites under Protection. Within the scenic spot are extensive revolutionary sites which make rich resources for Red Journey characteristic tours. There are also plenty of cultural sights and natural sights, such asWanzaiCounty’s second tallest peak Huangpijian (1182m above sea level), the picturesque Xianren Lake (Tankou Reservoir), and many rare ancient trees and animals. The Teaching Base of Xianyuan Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Revolutionary Base of Jinggangshan Cadre Academy is now being built in the scenic spot with a focus on the CPC Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Provincial Soviet Government Former SiteComplex.

　　[Jiulong Primitive Forest Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Jiulong Primitive Forest Scenic Spot is situated in the northeast of Wanzai County. Located on the southwest slope of the middle section of Jiuling Mountains in the northwest of Jiangxi Province, the scenic spot has a forest coverage rate as high as 92%, offers about 60,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter. This negative oxygen ion content is 30 times more than the highest level (level 6) of the national evaluation standard for health care concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air, and 70 times more thantheWHO’s“freshair”standard.Therefore,it’s a natural oxygen bar worthy of its name, and an ideal leisure resort. Within the scenic spot are the thrilling Primitive Forest Drifting and the magical and unique Natural Choerospondias axillaris Forest; The Arsenal Site will remind the visitors of theera“being prepared against war and natural disasters forthepeople”and“gathering fine forces and horsesforthree-lineconstruction”; the Love Story in the Papermaking Shed tells the romantic love story of the working people; the Water-driven Scoop Waterwheel represents how diligent and wise our ancient working people were; The Site of the Red Army and White Army under the Same Roof recorded the arduous days of our revolutionary predecessors; Jiulong Temple and Footprints of Immortals showed how our ancestors yearned for good harvest and happiness; Jiulong Waterfall is a hauntinglybreathtakingsight.

　　[Baiyun Peak Drifting Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Baiyun Peak Drifting Scenic Spot is located in the south of Nangang Town, Shanggao County. Baiyun Peak is the main peak of Mengshan Mountain in the intersection of Yushui District and Fenyi County of Xinyu, 1004m above seal level, reputed as the Ridge of Shanggao. The winding canyon, towering rocks, flying waterfalls and flowing springs, tweeting birds and fragrant flowers, flourishing woods and tall bamboo bushes make it a fairyland. In the scenic spot are the site of Shengji Temple built in the Tang Dynasty, the site of Mengshan Ancient Silver Mine which was mined for about 160 years from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty and knownasAsia’s largest andtheworld’s third largest silver mine, the site of Zhengde Academy built in the Yuan Dynasty and known across Jiangnan, majestic natural sights like Taizibi, Xianguzhai, Jinzitou and Sangziyuan. The 3.6km long drifting riverway offers a drifting drop height of 299m and 56 adventurous huge drop height slides with the longest being about 80m and the individual drop height being 22m. Along the riverway are towering rocks and green bamboos. Not contaminated at all, the water is pure like spring water and crystal clear. One can see the trees growing on the cliff in the canyon, feel the breeze blowing by the face, and embrace the poetic sight of people drifting in the water and mountains flowing inthepainting.

　　[Yuan Blue and White Porcelain Museum] Yuan Blue and White Porcelain Museum is a national AAA scenic spot located in 674 Ruiyang Avenue, RuizhouSub-district,Gao’an. Covering a land area of 31.365 mu and a gross floor area of5,000m2,it’sChina’s first themed museum named after Yuan blue and white porcelain andtheworld’s one and only museum named after Yuan blue and white porcelain. In 2006, the National Cultural Heritage Administration designated the museum as a national key museum. The museum is divided into two parts: the MuseumofGao’an to display the representative history, culture and relicsofGao’an, and the Blue and White Porcelain Museum to exhibit the Yuan blue and white porcelain relics unearthedinGao’an and replicas of blue and white porcelain relics housed by domestic and international museums. Furthermore, a temporary exhibition hall and a multi-media exhibition hall are designed. Housed in the museum are about 10,000 pieces of cultural relics (including 62 pieces of first grade cultural relics, 183 pieces of second grade cultural relics and 2,031 pieces of third grade cultural relics), and artifacts produced by Jingde Town Kiln, Zhejiang Longquan Kiln, Henan Jun Kiln and Shaanxi Cizhou Kiln in the Yuan Dynasty. Underglazed red porcelain artifacts of Yuan blue and white porcelain are of the highest grade in the Yuan Dynasty for their intactness, huge size, complete range, beautiful shape and exquisite workmanship. The museum houses 19 pieces of Yuan blue and white porcelain and 4 pieces of underglazed red porcelain housed in the museum, ranking third in the world and first in China in terms of numberofcollectibles.

　　[The Park of Exploitation of the Works of Nature] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, the Park of Exploitation of the Works of Nature is located in the hometown of SONG Yingxing, Songfu Town, Fengxin County. In 1987, Fengxin County built the SONG Yingxing Memorial Hall in the county seat in honor ofthe400^thanniversary of the birth of noted scientist SONG Yingxing in the late Ming Dynasty. In 2005, Fengxin County started the construction of the Park of Exploitation of the Works of Nature in the hometown of SONG Yingxing and relocated the SONG Yingxing Memorial Hall to the park. The new memorial hall is situated in the east of the central square of the park, and has a floor area of 3,800m2. The memorial hall is one ofJiangxiProvince’s top ten celebrity halls and the Patriotism Education Demonstration Base and Teenager Science Education Base of Jiangxi Province. Featuring an ancient architectural style, the majestic memorial hall is designed with pavilions, corridors, open and closed courtyards. Texts, photos and stele corridors are used to exhibit the life story of SONG Yingxing and the essence of his sciencemasterpieceExploitation of the Works ofNaturein details. Models and molds are utilized to vividly exhibit the ornamental and fun production scenes and processes regarding agriculture, handicraft, smelting, printing and dyeing as depicted in Volume XVIII of the book. Visitors and teenagers can thus gain a more intuitive understanding of ancient scientific and technological knowledge, and beinspiredintellectually.

　　[Luobo Ponds Scenic Spot (Baxian Waterfalls and Ponds)] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Luobo Ponds Scenic Spot is located in Luobu Town, Fengxin County. The majestic eight ponds and eight waterfalls have won them the name of Number One Waterfall Complex in Jiangnan, thus the scenic spot is also known as Baxian Waterfalls and Ponds Scenic Spot. The eight ponds are differently shaped and have varying styles. The waterfall is about 12m at the widest and 15m at the highest. The straight-line distance from the first pond to the eighth pond is about 500m, connected with about 2000 winding steps. Within the canyon are peculiar rocks crafted by the nature. The Sword-testing RockandImmortal’s Feet as well as the square Imperial Jade Seal Rock and round Crown Rock in Guanyin Pond are fascinating and remarkably true to life. This picturesque scenic spot is covered with bamboo trees and flowering trees. With 65000 negative oxygen ions per cubiccentimeter,it’s a natural oxygen bar hard to come by. Visitors can enjoy the water and rocks, take in fresh air and relax their mind, and embrace the fun of returning to nature. In 1999, the scenic spot was rated Jiangxi Provincial ScenicSpot.

　　[Kangle Longyun Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Kangle Longyun Scenic Spot is located in the seat of Wanzai County which has an area of 28 square kilometers. There are about ten sights in the scenic spot, namely, Former Residence of MAO Zedong, Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Revolution Memorial Hall, Memorial Hall for Revolutionary Martyrs, Martyrs Cemetery, Civilization Tower, Wanfo Temple, Xiaobeiguan Ancient Block, City God Temple Faux Ancient Street, Longhe Old Bridge, Longhu Park, Longshan Park, Fenghuang Mountain Park, Longhe Park and Wanzai International Fireworks Show Event Center. These sights give a full interpretation to the theme culture of health and wellness in Wanzai, Charm of Dragon Rising. Longhu ParkisChina’s first open integrated ecological leisure park characteristic of fireworks and firecrackers culture. Covering a land area of about700mu,it’s built with a first-rate international fireworks show event center. In October 2014, the second International Fireworks and Firecrackers Culture Festival was successfully held here. TianxiaAncientTown—Wanzai Block Tourism Development Project has been comprehensivelylaunched.It’s planned to explore the urban history and culture of Wanzai, form urban cultural features of western Jiangxi, and conserve, utilize and development the historical and cultural landscape of the ancient town inWanzai.

　　[Jingshan Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot in 2016, Jingshan Scenic Spot is located in 10km to the east of the seat of Shanggao County and run by National Highway G320. Jingshan is such named for three peaks as round as a mirror on their edge. Shanjing Peak, Zhongjing Peak and Xiajing Peak rest on Aoling Ridge in the west and face Jinshui River in the west. Zhongjing Peak and Xiajing Peak stand across Shangjing Peak, forming the Jingshan Pass Canyon. The pine trees and cedar trees grown on the mountain cover all the sky, and the canyon is deep and secluded. It has always been a thoroughfare of strategic importance of Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces from of old. During the Shanggao Battle in 1941, the Chinese troops made full use of the natural barrier of Jingshan Pass and defeated the Japanese troops at the foot of the mountain. Jingshan Pass is thus known as the Holy Place of the Anti-Japanese War. In Jingshan Forest Park are attractions like Jingshan Night Moon, Jingshan Leisure Square, Jingshan Martyrs Cemetery, TV Tower, Jingshan Reservoir and Jingshan Temple Ancient Site. Zhongjingshan Leisure Square covers a land area of 128mu, built with rockeries, fountains, stone bridges and pavilions and equipped with fitness equipment. In 1985, Jingshan Scenic Spot was approved as a provincial key scenic spot. In 1993, it was approved as a provincial forest park by the Provincial Department of Forestryin1993.

　　[Jiufeng Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot, Jiufeng Scenic Spot is situated in Xujiadu Town, 29km to the southwest of the seat of Shanggao County, 141km away from the city proper of Nanchang, 80km away from Yichun and 183 km away fromChangsha.It’s such named for the ninebeautifulpeaks—Xianglu, Tianzhu, Furong, Yunmo, Emei, Qingliu, Cuixia, Cangyu and Feiyun. Of a long history, Jiufeng is an important Taoist place in the history of Zen. Noted Zen masters like Puman, Liaoran, Tongxuan, Zhixian, Daoqian and Fanghui have worked as abbot or practiced Zen here. Within a circumference of 20 square kilometers, about 30 scenic spots with development value have been ascertained. In the rolling limestone hilly area in the north foot hill, stone forests stand in great numbers and green cypresses stretch. Within about 30 karst caves, stalactites present a variety of vivid sights. Jiufeng Mountain is 801.9m above sea level at the highest, and has rich animal and plant resources. The stone forests and karst caves in various forms, breathtaking sight of peaks over peaks, and varied places of historical interest have made it a great place for scientific research, tourism, sightseeing and summer retreat. 　　Jiufeng Temple (also known as Chongfu Temple) is a cultural relic site under protection in Shanggao County. Built inEmperorZhaozong’s Reign in the TangDynasty,it’s located in the north of Jiufeng Mountain. Bhiksuni Moshan Liaoran once disseminated Buddhismhere.

　　Xianglu Peak is 100m away from the front gate of Jiufeng Mountain. On the left of the top of the peak is a bottomless incense burner cave. Every spring and winter, wisps of purple smoke slowly rise from the cave, as if an incense was burned in thecave.

　　Guanyin Spring is right under Xianglu Peak. The wok bottom shaped Guanyin Spring gushes out from Guanyin Cave and flows back to the cave. Around the spring are bamboo trees and ancient cypresses covering all the sky. There are attractions like Tree Hugging Rock, Rock Hugging Tree and Seven-girlTree.

　　The Lucid Ganoderma Stone Forest and Cypress Forest stretch for 5km on limestone exposed ground from Guanyin Spring to the col via the village. Lucid ganoderma-shaped stones and cypress trees of varying shapes can be seeneverywhere.

　　The Sky Pond is located in the tallest intermountain basin of Jiufeng Mountain. The rippling pond is surrounded by mountains grown with pine trees and cedar trees on four sides. Spring water gushes out throughout theyear.It’s warm in winter and coolinsummer.

　　Yepi Cave is 2 li next to Tianzhu Peak. The karst cave is divided into upper and lowerlayers.It’s about 10m high at the highest and 8m at the widest and 0.7m at the narrowest. Stalactite landscape can be seen within thecave.

　　[Dawei Mountain Scenic Spot] Rated as a national AAA scenic spot in 2016, Dawei Mountain Scenic Spot is located in Yongfeng Village, Paibu Town, Tonggu County. ReputedasChina’s Hometown of Taxus chinensis, this picturesque scenic spot has a forest coverage rate as high as 96%, offers about 110,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter, and enjoys an annual average temperature of 16.2 degrees Celsius. In June 2015, Jianweixia Drifting Area was completed and opened to the public. Covering a land area about 30,000 m2, the Drifting Area has a 3km long winding and thrilling drifting route. There are 40 standard drifting slides with the longest being 60m. The individual drop height is about 20m and the total drop height is about 300m, making it the greatest drop height in China. Drifting down, one can embrace the fascinating scenery of mountains along the riverway. The scenic spot is equipped with perfect facilities with completefunctions.

　　[Hemei Ceramics Museum Scenic Spot] Hemei Ceramics Museum is a national AAA scenic spot situated in the park of Jiangxi Hemei Ceramics Co., Ltd. in Meilin Town,Fengcheng.It’s an exhibition of the corporate culture and development achievements of Hemei. Covering a gross floor area of5,000m2,it’s divided into Chinese Building Ceramics History Exhibition Hall, Aesthetic Culture Ceramics Hall, Aesthetic Technological Innovation Hall and Hongzhou Kiln Aesthetic Art Center. 　　[Yuanzhou Park Scenic Spot] As a national AAA scenic spot, Yuanzhou Park Scenic Spot is located in Xicun Town, YuanzhouDistrict.It’s 10 km away from the central urban area of Yichun to the east, adjoining national AAAAA scenic spot Mingyueshan Scenic Spot to the south and 50 km away from the urban area of Pingxiang. Easily accessible and advantageouslylocated,it’s right next to national highway G320 and only 6 km away from the exit of Xicun in the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. With planning and construction started in 2009, it was approved as one oftheprovince’s first batch of provincial modern agriculture demonstration parks by the Provincial Department of Agriculture. In June 2011, JIA Qinglin, then member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and president of the CPPCC, came to inspectthepark.

　　[Eastern Zen Culture Park Scenic Spot] As a national AAA scenic spot, Eastern Zen Culture Park Scenic Spot is located in the county seat of Yifeng County, and has a total planned area of 1,000 mu (1 mu=0.0667 hectare). With architectural design completed by LU Bingjie, a noted architect in ancient buildings of the TongjiUniversity,it’s a park construction project undertaken by Changshu AncientBuildingsGroup—national Level I ancient building constructor. Invested with 150 million yuan, the scenic spot is composed of Main Entrance Area, Zen History Museum, Zen Garden, Zen Culture Learning Center, granite carving featuring 500 arhat statues, and Zishou Temple. As an integral part of the park, the granite carving presents 2.2m tall standing figures and 1.7m tall sitting figures. A masterpiece of artist CHEN Xiulin over several decades, these arhat figures are beautifully and vividly carved, majestic and breathtaking. These refreshing yet peculiar figures in different poses and with different expressions have made the carving a treasure of China and zen culture. Receiving an increasing number of tourists year on year, the scenic spot has drawn a large number of tourists in the province and neighboring provinces. It has now become a good destination for Zen believers to practice Zen and for the public to relax. In 2017, it was rated as a national AAA scenicspot.
